Tonight's guest is Emmanuel; he is a nutritionist and a therapist. In this episode, we will be having a casual talk about health & nutrition. The story behind this interview & how I met Emmanuel: As some of you know, I started my Podcast on the Island of Oahu, and now it's streaming from Catalina Island. In the building where I currently run the show, there is a community fridge; one day, I opened it to put my grocery inside and saw a pack of Natto. In case yall don't know what "natto" is, it's a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. Not to be biassed towards other ethnicities, but I haven't seen an Asian in the building, and since natto is not the most popular dish to different cultures, I was curious to know whose it was. =)There came a curly hair, tanned, fit, South American Man, and that was Emmanuel!!! He is into the Japanese culture; his sister is really into Korean culture, and since I am both of those races, we connected instantly. This drove us to have an open talk discussion about health and nutrition.
