In case yall don't know what "natto" is, it's a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. Not to be biassed towards other ethnicities, but I haven't seen an Asian in the building, and since natto is not the most popular dish to different cultures, I was curious to know whose it was. =)There came a curly hair, tanned, fit, South American Man, and that was Emmanuel!!! He is into the Japanese culture; his sister is really into Korean culture, and since I am both of those races, we connected instantly. This drove us to have an open talk discussion about health and nutrition.
